Shipping Return and Refund

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be packed in original packaging and same condition that you received it

Your item needs to have the receipt or a proof of purchase.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. There is a 15% restocking fee will be charged, and it will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Your orders and shipment will be processed as soon as possible within 1-2 business days. We use Canada Post or Canpar to ship your orders, it takes 7-10 business days to delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
